171: Paul Salter on Ending Self Sabotage and Achieving Sustainable Weight Loss

Jul 26

Paul Salter is a Registered Dietitian Coach, Author, and Sustainable Weight-Loss Expert. He firmly believes that weight-loss-related challenges aren’t related to lack of nutrition knowledge, but are actually projections of deeper rooted emotional and psychological challenges and that one won’t be able to confidently sustain weight loss until those challenges are acknowledged and overcome.

His passion is helping men and women just like you reframe their thoughts and reshape their behaviors so that they can transform their relationship with food and dieting and finally lose unwanted weight once and for all.

Since 2013, he’s worked one-on-one with 1,437 men and women just like you who have collectively lost more than 10,000 pounds, thousands of inches, and maintained their results.
