091: Jessica Ederer on The Polyphenol Advantage of Tea

Dec 30

Jessica Ederer is the Head of Content and Wellness Education for Pique Teas. She’s a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Personal Trainer, and also has a law degree from Berkeley. Jessica has spent the past 7 years as a wellness coach, where it’s her passion to help others heal from the stressors of our daily lives.

Jessica’s personal health struggles started in her late teens with an undiagnosed autoimmune condition, and progressively worsened through her 20’s and early 30’s as she battled with chronic joint and muscle pain, overweight, adrenal fatigue, gluten sensitivity and a cornucopia of distressing health issues.

Today, at the age of 39, Jessica can honestly say she has never felt stronger, healthier or more energetic. She spends her free time hiking, riding or climbing up the mountains she only dreamed of during most of her life. Jessica is a huge advocate of intermittent fasting and can attest to the radical changes it has provided for her clients.

Jessica decided to start working with Pique after she discovered their teas and found that 1 month of drinking them healed her gut microbiome in a way she never thought possible.
