Jessi Kneeland is a writer, speaker, teacher, and body image coach for women. She is an iPEC-certified life coach and a NASM-certified personal trainer, with 9 years of experience in the fitness industry in NYC, and 4 years of running an online coaching business.

She regularly runs workshops around the country on body image and women’s empowerment. She’s also the creator of Authentic Body Confidence, a 12-week group coaching program designed to help women break free from body image issues.

Her mission on earth is to help women build trust in themselves and their bodies, step into their authentic power, and create the big, juicy lives they were meant for.
